Pozee Shipping Policy

At Pozee, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. While we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing or carrier restrictions. We will keep you updated on the progress of your shipment, including tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Below, you'll find detailed information on our shipping policies, including shipping types, address requirements, and country-specific guidelines.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Economy Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days*

    • Availability: Domestic (USA) orders only

  • Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days*

  • Expedited (Express) Shipping (Coming Soon)

    • Delivery Time: TBD

    • Additional charges will apply once this option is available.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking Numbers:

  • We provide tracking numbers as soon as they are available from the carrier. Use these to monitor your delivery progress.

Damage Claims:

  • If your order is damaged during transit, tracking information will be essential for filing a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist with the claims process if needed.

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure smooth and accurate deliveries, please adhere to the following guidelines:

General Requirements

  • Shipping addresses must use Latin characters.

  • Address Line 1: Maximum of 35 characters

  • Address Line 2: Maximum of 30 characters (optional)

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

PO Box Addresses

  • PO box deliveries are only supported for U.S. destinations.

  • Customers must ensure that their items fit within their PO box dimensions (maximum: 12" x 22.5").

  • PO boxes are not eligible for Express Delivery. Orders using Express Delivery and a PO box will default to standard shipping.

U.S. Military Addresses

  • Format:

    • Country: United States

    • State: AA, AE, or AP (Armed Forces Americas, Europe, or Pacific)

    • City: APO, FPO, or DPO

    • Address Line 1: Unit and Box Numbers

    • Zip Code: Enter the applicable ZIP code.

  • Delivery Time: Up to 15–30 business days via USPS.

Country-Specific Shipping Policies

Canada

  • Canada Post Strike:

    • Some shipments to Canadian addresses may experience delays in shipping due to the ongoing strike.

    • These disruptions have affected the carriers’ pickup frequency and the handling process in their hubs and the order status may remain in production or pre-transit longer than expected.

Germany

  • Home Delivery Requirements:

    • Full name matching the recipient’s name on the apartment building.

    • Street address, house number, and apartment number (if applicable).

  • Parcel Locker Deliveries:

    • Activate a Deutsche Post/DHL account to receive a postal number.

    • Format (example):

      • First Name: John Smith

      • Last Name: 1234567890 (postal number)

      • Address Line 1: Packstation 104

      • Zip Code: 46282

      • City: Dorsten

  • Brazil

    • Include the recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) number in the “Address Line 2” field using the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX.

    • Orders missing this information will be placed on hold until the CPF number is provided.

  • Mexico

    • Effective January 1, 2025, shipping labels for orders to Mexico must include the following details:

      • Recipient’s full name

      • Recipient’s tax ID or national ID number

      • Recipient’s email address

      • Recipient’s phone number

    • The recipient must provide a tax ID number, RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes), or CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población). Non-residents may use a tax ID, such as an SSN (Social Security Number), tax identification number, or passport number.

  • Chile

    • Include the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Único Tributario) number in the “Address Line 2” field using the format XX.XXX.XXX-Z.

    • Orders missing this information will be placed on hold until the correct RUN/RUT number is provided.

  • South Korea

    • Include the recipient’s Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the “Address Line 2” field.

    • Orders missing the PCCC will be placed on hold until the information is provided.

Please Note: Currently, we are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

Customs Fees and Tariffs

Customs fees, tariffs, and delays may apply to international shipments based on the destination country's regulations:

  • Pozee is not responsible for Customs fees or delays at Customs.

  • Tariff codes are included on Customs documentation to the best of our ability, but discrepancies may occur.

If delays arise due to Customs issues, we will notify you promptly and assist where possible.

Shipping Providers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • Asendia

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Please Note:  Not all products are shipped by all carriers. We work with specific carriers to ensure your items are delivered promptly.  Not all carrier shipping options are currently available (for example, FedEx or UPS Next Day/2 Day options). As these options become available, they will appear in the checkout shipping options.

Shipping Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. For significant updates, we will notify you via email or website notification.
